VIP, or Virtual Investigation Platforms, is a software as a service (SAAS) cloud-based platform that allows users to safely and securely conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) collection and digital investigation. The VIP requires only an internet connection and a browser and completely obfuscates the user's identity. VIP provides a suite of managed attribution and persona management tools, including a chatbot, breach data search, and the ability to create 'bulletproof' virtual personas across all social media platforms. The VIP Badbot, another of our company's tools, is used for investigating and analyzing publicly available breach data. It allows users to search across archived and live web data for unique selectors such as email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, domains, or usernames.
Our company addresses two critical challenges in persona management: streamlining persona creation and eliminating the learning curve. The traditional method for building or rebuilding a single persona can take up to 4 weeks; this becomes extremely time consuming when building numerous personas. The VIP solution significantly reduces this timeframe, allowing for faster deployment. Additionally, it can take months or even years to train staff in how to create robust personas, and without the proper expertise, it becomes a constant game of whack-a-mole.
