Our sole focus is, and always has been, on providing digital accessibility solutions. Other firms offer a variety of products and services, including general usability, privacy, security, brand compliance, and search engine optimization, often leaving customers with short-term, “quick fix” solutions. Level Access is dedicated to providing 360-degree support for digital accessibility initiatives from inception to long term maturity. Dedicated to providing solutions that go beyond just meeting regulatory standards, we work with customers to ensure their systems actually work for the people intended to benefit from them.
With close to 250 full-time employees, including over 100 on the Accessibility Services and Product teams, Level Access is one of the few firms with the organizational size and scale to support enterprise accessibility programs with ease. Our size also means that customers work with a dedicated team from initial project kickoff through completion and beyond, ensuring they receive consistent guidance from a team of experts with a deep understanding of their unique systems and challenges. In addition, nearly half of the Accessibility Services team members are individuals with disabilities, uniquely qualified to identify and develop working solutions to accessibility challenges.
Accessibility Services team members are experts in their fields, with professional certifications including DHS Trusted Tester, Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC), Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA), Certified Usability Analyst (CUA), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Our services team has deep cloud Personal Identity Verification (PIV) authentication, as well as proven experience and support for robust information security protocols including the Federal Information Security requirements and ISO 27001. In addition, Level Access's industry-leading accessibility management platform, AMP, is the first and only FedRAMP authorized accessibility solution on the market.
