ServiceNow Deal Registration
Types of Registrations:
- Resale - The reseller owns the deal, terms, and the relationship with the end customer.
- Referral - Partner registers a previously unknown, net new opportunity but does not play a role in the final deal flow. Referral - With Fee is not permitted for Public Sector Accounts.
- Influence - The partner brings valuable info to accelerate the deal close. Only one influence deal registration permitted per single opportunity.

Requirements at a Glance:
- Deal registration is for net new deals only.
- Deal Registrations must be submitted 30+ days prior to any RFx release.
- If a deal registration is submitted within 30 days of an RFx, ServiceNow has the authority to cancel the registration.
- Only 2 tier opportunities are permitted.
- Only resale or service provider registration types qualify for potential discount protection.
