SaferWatch is an all-in-one public safety platform that provides real-time two-way communication between public users, 911 centers and security operations centers to report emergency and nonemergency situations. We improve emergency response time and prevent incidents by supplying actionable intelligence directly to security teams and/or Law Enforcement. With an emphasis on employee safety, our mass alert and panic button solutions are easy to deploy and corporate wellness programs. The SaferWatch Platform has three main components: 1) A mobile application (iOS/Android) with virtual panic buttons, information sharing tools, and alert notifications. 2) A browser-based Command Center that monitors employees, customers, and panic buttons, and provides mass notifications, two-way video, incident management, and alerts. 3) Four types of physical panic buttons – fixed position wireless, mobile wireless, wearable, and mobile LTE.
