Students complete their profiles on RippleMatch by indicating what types of roles and companies they are looking for and then are shown only roles that are a good fit. That data includes interest in industry including government. RippleMatch also collects data such as US citizenship, visa requirements and other requirements to work within the public sector.
RippleMatch offers an Event Management solution to help teams manage candidate sign ups, attendance, resume and data collection and other activities for both in person and virtual events. There are also CRM capabilities to nurture candidates and remain engaged through early identification and post events.
RippleMatch can also automatically review and score inbound applications for high volume roles.
