Dave Brown is the Head of Security and Compliance at Andesite AI, where he leads the development of compliance frameworks and security strategies while shaping product and business roadmaps. Previously, he was the Global Head of Security Strategy at Qualtrics, managing the integration of Clarabridge’s security program after a $1.12 billion acquisition. Before that, Dave held leadership roles at US-CERT within the Department of Homeland Security, including Deputy Director, where he led national cybersecurity initiatives. He holds an M.S. in Management and Information Systems Security from Colorado Technical University, three professional certifications (QTE, CISM, CISSP), and serves as President of the ISSA Blue Ridge Chapter. Dave is also the author of, 'The Lean CISO: Bootstrapping Cybersecurity in Startups.'

Nicholas Manzo, Director of A&D, is a tenured software professional with over 20 years' experience in supporting companies as they expand into new industries and practices. Paul received his doctorate in machine learning from MIT, launched and led many projects in the field of Human Computer Interaction, authored 15 papers and 3 book chapters, and created numerous musical compositions and interactive exhibits, exhibited at Centre Pompidou, Decordova Museum, and other venues. Gareth is a UK lawyer who also holds an American LLM (summa cum laude) together with a post-graduate Diploma in European Law. A veteran "tech guy" with multiple issued patents covering AI and security, Gareth enjoys telling his software developers that he built his first computer before they were born!
