    Promise provides the PromisePay payment platform for customer payments. PromisePay is a mobile-friendly website that offers customers the ability to:

    • Sign up for a customized payment plan
    • View account balance and other information
    • Pay with a variety of payment methods, including credit card, debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and ACH
    • Receive automated SMS payment reminders and receipts
    • Request an extension or other plan adjustments


    Implementation

    • Promise provides technical documentation detailing requirements for daily, bi-directional data exchange with Promise.
    • Promise provides website and marketing content in English and Spanish (translated by a native speaker). Other commonly-spoken languages can be made available.
    • Promise maintains the software once deployed, providing regular updates and any necessary technical support.


    Client Support

    • The Promise Client Support team provides phone support to ensure timely responses to payment issues or other inquiries.
    • Promise works with you to establish procedures and protocols for transferring non-Promise-related questions back to your support team.
    • Promise will provide training to and with your customer service team if requested.


    Enrollment Marketing

    • Promise will collaborate with you to develop the overall communications strategy and outline specific campaigns. Marketing campaigns will be developed in conjunction with the existing messaging, tone and your specific business rules. Your team will provide any existing brand and style guides to ensure compliance with any statutory or brand requirements.
    • Promise conducts direct marketing to engage customers in products offered using methods such as SMS, IVR, and email.
    • Promise partners with your communication team to include information about the products offered on your website, social media pages, and in outreach to local community organizations.
    • Promise can orchestrate additional paid advertising and social media campaigns to increase awareness of available services.


    Outreach Consulting

    Customer engagement is a core tenet of Promise’s payment and affordability programs. We know that one of the barriers to participation in payment plans and other affordability initiatives is the difficulty to discover available programs and the lack of technology to maintain ongoing engagement beyond the monthly statement. We work with our customers to create a comprehensive outreach and communication strategy across multiple media channels. Using our industry expertise and data analytics, Promise will partner with your communications team to develop a communications strategy to drive enrollment and use our technology platform to continue on-going engagement.
