  • Strategy Workshops

    Optezo provides government agencies with Strategy workshops to work through some key pillars of automation – no matter where you are in your RPA journey.

      This workshop focuses on the review of your current processes and systems with the goal of developing a prioritized roadmap of automations across your agency. Prioritization is based on Business Benefit, Automation Readiness, and Ease of Implementation.
    2. Process Readiness for RPA
      Oftentimes there is a desire to automate a process that isn’t fully optimized and ready for RPA. This 1-week workshop will help you get your identified process ready for automation by addressing technology, training and process gaps.
    3. IT Readiness for RPA
      IT teams have a number of important questions about implementing an automation program. From security, to infrastructure requirements to SDLC and support needs. Optezo’s IT Readiness assessment uses our RPA Maturity Model to define a list of tactics to prepare IT to support RPA in the government agency. We will also build an Automation Proof of Concept (POC) to demonstrate the capabilities in real time.

Our team of experts follow a process that is fast and efficient. The Optezo timeline for RPA design, development, testing, and deployment is 4-5 weeks. From idea to working in production saving you time and cost and making for happier employees in just 1 month. Here’s a snapshot of the process:


    Through Carahsoft, agencies can purchase Optezo’s automation implementation services in packs of 1, 3, 5, or 10.The more automations your purchase the larger the discount.
  • RPA Support and Run Services

    Supporting and running an RPA program isn’t a piece of cake. You’ll need to handle automation demand management, new bot development, support, maintenance, enhancements and more.

    Optezo’s support and run service eliminates your need to hire expensive consultants, or hire / train internal staff to manage your robotic process automation program. Optezo provides a portal for capturing end-user automation ideas, prioritizing automation candidates, and manages your automation portfolio. Our customer success team provides overarching RPA governance, adhering to best practices and standards. We are constantly monitoring the state of your RPA program and working with your team to increase those successes. Optezo’s service desk will always be monitoring your automations just in case anything ever goes wrong. Optezo’s team will identify any anomalies and work to fix them quickly in accordance with your service level agreements. The Optezo operations team is responsible for proactively testing and applying UiPath fixes ensure that your environment is stable and supported.

    Our run and support services have you covered. Included in our fees are automation defect fixes as well as minor enhancements.

    Optezo has partnered with Carahsoft to offer RPA Support and Run services. Just like our implementation services, we offer agencies the ability to purchase packs of support for 1, 3, 5, or 10 automations. We offer additional discounts for 2-year support contracts.

    In addition to our support packs, your agency can purchase Premium Support for you mission critical automations, upping our standard support hours from 9 am -6 pm Eastern time Monday to Friday to 24x7 support.

    Optezo offers buckets of hours for major enhancements to your automations. These can be purchased in 3 different sizes – Small (200 hours), Medium (400 hours), Large (1000 hours).
