OneValley offers 3 types of platform builds for PassportOS; we refer to each type as “Modules” because you can create your own tech stack based on what you need, and all modules work in a complementary fashion.
Creating a Community Platform is the cornerstone of building an innovation ecosystem because it allows all of your stakeholders to participate, collaborate, and engage with each other on a single platform. This module is by far the most popular deployment for all organizations across all industries. For the administrative team, this seamless platform offers an easy onboarding and offboarding process and allows you to assign unique access to specific users. Additionally, it empowers users to edit their own profiles and upload any requested documents for review and/or feedback. There is a feedback loop built into the platform, if necessary.
The Application Management Module is the perfect build for an organization looking to host pitch competitions and/or evaluate submissions for users to join a program or community. We recommend adding an application module if you anticipate 100+ applications and have a robust evaluation workflow.
The Program Management Module is for organizations who wish to have an asynchronous, structured learning management software that is easy to design, create, and publish. It allows administrative staff to effortlessly onboard user groups and monitor their success and matriculation through the program, while allowing them to set milestones, match-make with the right advisors and mentors, provide a feedback loop, and utilize valuable content. We’ve seen many organizations use this tool to create a “Founders 101” course that guides entrepreneurs through business courses (ie: how to create an LLC, perfecting your pitch, and more). The biggest complaint we’ve heard from Program Managers is that they’re repeating the same lessons, answering the same questions, and dedicating a lot of time to supporting founders on a 1:1 case; many of these lessons can be made available online in an asynchronous format available to founders.
