Talend Announces Strategic Partnership with Carahsoft

Alliance formed to support local, state, and federal government agencies to drive modern data initiatives and create engaging customer experiences

Carahsoft recently released survey results which focus on citizen experiences as it relates to government services. According to the survey, 39% of respondents indicate that they have not seen an improvement in their experience when engaging with the Federal Government since the onset of COVID-19. Additionally, 73% of respondents said they prefer or exclusively seek out self-service technology. Talend and Carahsoft will work together to help government agencies optimally leverage data to deliver secure and engaging experiences for citizen customers.

Talend Data Fabric is the only platform that brings together all the data integration and governance capabilities, to begin to help companies actively manage the health of an organization’s information.
