A new wave of accelerated compute (e.g., GPU) devices are on the market and are being rapidly adopted by enterprises. The 10-100x performance over traditional CPUs provided by these GPUs is now coupled with a massive increase in Deep Neural Network (DNN) models and has resulted in a Cambrian explosion in AI.
