The new purpose-built HR Agent Workspace provides increased flexibility and configurability, with a modernized visual design that creates a seamless, simplified HR experience. Federal agencies benefit from new capabilities with the addition of an Anonymous Report Center which creates a safe space for employees to report concerns. To further enhance and enable a hybrid workplace, agency employees can create self-service workspace reservations and service requests. In turn, allowing administrative staff to book spaces on behalf of teams with Workplace Reservation Management.
