On Thursday, December 20th, the President signed the 21st Century Digital Experience Act (21st Century IDEA) into law – a bill that will transform the federal government’s digital service delivery through website modernization, improved accessibility, and the adoption of digital forms and signatures to ultimately prioritize the citizen experience.
