eSignifi is a ServiceNow Store app that offers a declarative, configuration driven approach to integrating ServiceNow and DocuSign. With it, you can send a document for signature from any table or catalog item on submission, with a UI action, with a Business Rule, or from a workflow. Low- to no- code is required to get started for simple use cases and the ability to add scripts, when needed, is offered from the same configuration UI.eSignifi also offers the ability to pass data to and from DocuSign, supports customizing recipients’ email (subject and body) with data from ServiceNow, and allows mapping ServiceNow users to DocuSign recipients. And with the embedded sending and signing options offered by eSignifi, there is no need leave ServiceNow to send or sign documents. The result is you get a legally signed, archivable and court admissible document. eSignifi also supports standard based signature (SBS) for organizations that have elevated requirements for electronically signed documents, including the need for authentication with a Common Access Card (CAC) or Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card when signing.
