Raemis™ Stand Alone Private Core Network

Druid's 4G and 5G cellular solutions are built on our Raemis™ technology platform, which is comprised of a 3GPP compliant 4G/5G core, RestAPI and additional functionality. The Raemis™ technology platform implements all the 3GPP components and features, to support both 4G and 5G deployments. The Raemis™ GUI uses the Raemis™ RestAPI to access the core software and 3GPP components of the network, hiding the complexity of the 3GPP network, enabling an Enterprise's IT manager to perform complex tasks in a few clicks.

Benefits:

  • Raemis™ is RAN agnostic - radios from any RAN vendor can be used for deployments with Raemis.
  • Raemis™ can be deployed in any environment - on prem, in the cloud or in containerized environments on COTS hardware.
  • Raemis™ scaled down for small deploys and POCs and scales up for deployments with thousands of devices.
  • Raemis™ removes a lot of the complexity for network admins - however, all the network elements, nodes and interfaces are accesible in expert mode enabling complete configuration of a deployment.

Raemis™ Distributed Network Manager (DNM)

The Raemis™ Distributed Network Manager (DNM) is a central management system for a distributed network of Raemis™ Gateway systems. Essentially, the Raemis™ DNM makes it easy to manage many private networks centrally. In a distributed system that comprises many Raemis™ Gateways you can manage the licenses of those gateways centrally from Raemis™ DNM. This greatly simplifies the license management task, as you do not need to request and manage a license for each individual Raemis™ Gateway system. Instead, you request a license bundle that you import into Raemis DNM. You can also handle network configurations centrally, pushing predefined configurations to specific networks or duplicating specific configurations.

Benefits:

  • Raemis™ DNM makes it easy for an organization to manage many networks in many geographical locations.
  • Raemis™ DNM makes it easy to assign licences and predefined configurations to specific locations.
  • Raemis™ DNM gives you Data Plane and Control plane at the edge, so you can deliver ultra low latency (URLLC) solutions.
  • Raemis™ DNM gives you geo-redundancy, so you have resiliency against catastrophic events.

Raemis™ Neutral Host Gateway

In the Neutral Host scenario, Druid's Neutral Host Gateway enables a single radio to support multiple MNOs. But not just that – it also enables a private network to operate on the same infrastructure, so the deployment will extend MNO coverage for public use, leaving the private network available for non-public use. Druid's neutral host solution is built on our Raemis™ technology platform, which is comprised of a 3GPP compliant Multi-operator Core Network Gateway (MOCN Gateway or MOCN-GW), RestAPI and additional functionality.

Benefits:

  • The Raemis™ Neutral Host Gateway solves the problem of poor coverage in building: Large buildings (e.g. hotels, office blocks, etc.) can have poor indoor coverage due to dense materials blocking MNO signals. Using small cells and Raemis, a building owner can supplement the MNO signals.
  • The Raemis™ Neutral Host Gateway solves the problem of poor or no coverage: At a site that is that is beyond the reach of the MNO infrastructure, coverage is very weak or nonexistent. Using small cells and Raemis, a building owner can extend MNO signals to provide service at the site.
  • The Raemis™ Neutral Host Gateway solves the problem of large capacity at venues. Venues with large crowds (e.g. stadiums, festivals, etc.) can have poor service due to an overloaded MNO network. Using small cells and Raemis, a building owner can provide extra capacity to the MNO network.

Druid’s Benefits Snapshot:

  • Enhanced Communication Capabilities: Druid’s Raemis ™ technology platform leverages 5G, 4G LTE and other wireless technologies to provide agencies with robust and reliable communication tools.
  • Improved Public Safety: Enhance emergency response capabilities and ensure the safety and security of citizens.
  • Cost-effective Network Solutions: Druid’s LTE Fixed Wireless Broadband solution optimizes network architecture, reducing centralized packet switching load and enabling the construction of high-bandwidth networks at a lower cost, empowering Government agencies to maximize their budget allocations while delivering superior service.
