Additional Dev/QA License: Adds licenses for developer and Quality Assurance environments, enabling non-production usage linked to DreamFactory Production License.
Professional Maintenance & Support: Includes 7am-5pm PST support, screen sharing for issue resolution, project review, annual maintenance, and migration support for two seats.
Enterprise Maintenance & Support: Professional Support with a 2-hour SLA, dedicated engineer, assistance with scripting, project support, feature development, and support for up to five seats.
Professional Services / Training Hours (50): A 50-hour professional services package for hands-on assistance and dedicated training, billed at $400/hour.
