GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA)

CloudWave has been a trusted partner to GSA (General Services Administration) for the last 15 years, successfully helping GSA accelerate their application portfolio modernization to capitalize on the cost, performance, and security benefits of cloud computing. Our team is working with GSA at an enterprise level in support of ongoing projects with PBS (Public Building Services), FAS (Federal Acquisition Services) and OGP (Office of Governmentwide Policy) to provide innovative, cost-saving, low risk solutions.

CloudWave is providing development and operations support for 60+ Salesforce applications across the agency. The performance, capability, and capacity has elevated our team as a go-to-implementer with a proven record of delivering modernized solutions that meet the agency's missions with flexibility to update and enhance systems as GSA evolves. Our experienced team is working with GSA to deliver integrations using MuleSoft into other platforms like Zoom, Google, Databases and Alfresco in support of GSA's Document Management strategy, where our team of experts are conducting all technical work end to end including architecture and design. 

CloudWave has also partnered with Google Public Sector to design and develop cloud transformation and migration services. CloudWave offers services that run on Google Cloud to create scalable, on-demand cloud solutions that have helped GSA navigate digital transformation and adopt a cloud-first strategy. We used best practices to provide architecture for Google Cloud Platform and are currently developing a custom full stack web application- Control Document Tracker, leveraging many GCP services and hosted on GCP.

DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY (DHS)

An agency from The Department of Homeland Security had an app running in Salesforce that they needed to migrate to AWS. Our team analyzed the project in salesforce, interviewed the project team, then interviewed all the integrating teams for numerous apps that integrated with this one to ensure we understood what it would take to migrate to the new platform successfully. 

We presented the design for the roadmap for this migration: how much time it would take, the level of effort, and what would happen stage by stage before execution. We have an ongoing partnership consulting with this agency on additional projects as needed.

AMERICORPS

CloudWave has partnered with AmeriCorps, an independent agency of the U.S. Government, in their digital modernization efforts. CloudWave is helping Americorps with migrating from old to new systems, creating a new and centralized data warehouse using the MicroSoft Azure Cloud Computing Platform, updating reporting, and creating both new and updated training materials. As we are supporting this effort from both the data and training side, objectives include converting hard copy training topics into electronic web-based training formats compatible with the agency’s learning management systems, creating new training topics to cover the software leveraged in the modernized solution, developing data pipelines for the enablement and execution of the Enterprise Data Management Strategy, and creating new reports in Power BI utilizing the data in the data warehouse. We are leveraging a robust tech stack that will allow us to help the Americorps teams gain efficiency.
