Technical Operations Specialist

Carahsoft is seeking a hardworking, creative, innovative, and detail-oriented individual with an interest in a combined training and technology roll. This position will require extensive learning of an in-house database. You will have a unique opportunity to join the technical operations team in a dual role, splitting responsibilities evenly between serving as the team's trainer to educate the company on its functions and actively participating as a team member in technical problem-solving and database management tasks. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and run technical trainings in person and online
• Come up with innovative ways to make training fun and effective
• Join the team in managing the database
• Become a master of the database
• Solve technical problems
• Build reports through the database
• Work closely with everyone in the company

Qualifications:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite
• BA/BS degree
• Creative in creating technical training materials
• Innovative in running technical trainings in person and online
• Display professionalism in all areas of work
• Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solver, Hard worker, Detail-oriented
• Out of the box thinking

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting compensation range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
