Teller Real-Time Bidirectional Integrations
- Teller's business system integration model allows payment window searches to be defined that pull charges from the business system based on user search input. Teller can pull many different data elements from the business system and adapt the user interface in a way appropriate to the business. Upon completion of a payment, Teller optionally posts the payment in real time to the integrated business system.
-
Teller Payment Import Integration
- For applications that don’t require real-time payment updates, Teller can also create automated Payment Batch integrations to allow Teller to be a central repository for all payments and create a singular entry in the Financial System which simplifies bank reconciliation.
-
Teller Check Recognition/Bulk Scanning
- Teller integrates with the Digital Check line of check/document scanners, including the single-scan CheXpress CX30 and the multi-document TS240 scanners. Checks can be optionally endorsed using an integrated ink-jet printer in the scanner. Teller will capture both sides of check images and read the MICR line from the front of checks for later ICL processing. For non-check images, Teller will capture the image and read any configured OCR lines that are present on the image. OCR data can be used to populate payment fields or perform lookups against integrated business systems.
-
Teller Image Cash Letter (ICL)
- Check scanning is included with unlimited storage for images, as well as an ICL interface to electronically deposit checks to your bank.

Teller Point of Sale Hardware
- Receipt Printers
- Teller uses industry standards for receipt, endorsement, and validation printing. As soon as a payment is authorized and verified, Teller automatically prints a receipt. Typically, the receipt printer is connected to the Teller workstation via USB and loaded with thermal paper, providing quick and quiet printing.
- Cash Drawers
- Teller integrates the OPOS standard for cash drawer control. In general, a cash drawer is connected to a receipt printer using an interface cable. When the POS workflow requires that a cashier access the drawer, Teller will electronically open it. Teller also provides a button that a cashier can use open the drawer upon entry of a reason. All drawer access is logged and accessible in a Cash Drawer audit report.
-
Cash Counters
- Teller integrates with Cummins Allison JetScan Cash Counters to increase efficiency of cash handling at the front counter and during Cash Out. The cashier inserts bills into the Counter which counts and optionally scans the bills for counterfeit currency. The Teller payment window (if taking payment) or Cash Out window (if cashing out) is immediately populated with the result of the count based on the bill denominations.
-
Barcode/QR Code Scanners
- Teller enables most any industry standard Barcode or QR Code scanner to be used for looking up bills or jobs in business systems that Teller is integrated with. For example, if a tax bill is printed with a QR code identifying the APN and tax year/installment to be paid, Teller will look up the data, presenting the appropriate tax charges immediately for payment. Teller optimizes scanning of lists of barcodes where applicable, ensuring that all scans are processed even if the scanning occurs faster than each lookup can complete.
