State Contracts

Orange County, California has entered into an agreement with Carahsoft based off of the OMNIA Partners #R240303 contract. This contract is available for use by any agency or entity located within Orange County.
The City and County of San Francisco has entered into an agreement with Carahsoft for Salesforce Cloud Computing Services. This agreement is available for use by any agency or entity located with the City and County of San Francisco.
The State of California has entered into a contract with Carahsoft for Cloud Solutions. This contract vehicle is a participating addendum that acts as an extension of Carahsoft’s NASPO ValuePoint contract. All public agencies within the State of California are able to utilize this contract vehicle to procure cloud solutions via a state contract.
The Software Licensing Program (SLP) is administered by the Department of General Services, Procurement Division. Extensive software discounts are negotiated with major software publishers that are then passed on to the State, through the SLP contracts established with authorized participating re-sellers.

Golden State Technologies
School districts, county offices of education and other approved public sector agencies can purchase hardware software, training, consulting, RFP development and cybersecurity services through Golden State Technology Solutions, a CSBA-CASBO joint venture.
