The Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) for the Department of Veterans Affairs is issued under the NASA SEWP V Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) and is held by Carahsoft’s trusted partner, V3Gate. The contract has a one (1) year base period with three (3) one-year options from the effective start date of June 26, 2022. It has a total estimated ceiling of $562 million, and the scope includes a full suite of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) enterprise-wide products and solutions for Salesforce software, including MuleSoft and many AppExchange vendors to support all offices across the Department of Veterans Affairs.
