Carahsoft is pleased to offer support with shipping to and from WEST 2019 for a flat fee of $500.

If you are shipping through Carahsoft, the deadline to have your items arrive at our office is Monday, January 28, 2019.

If you have items arrive after the deadline, we cannot guarantee your booth materials will arrive to the show floor on time and there may be additional shipping charges.

*For any post-event shipments NOT going to the Carahsoft office, please have pre-printed labels and account numbers for those shipments on-site.
