Pricing: Carahsoft is pleased to offer support with shipping to and from the Baltimore Convention Center for a flat fee of $250.
Deadlines: If you are shipping through Carahsoft, the deadline to have your items arrive at our office is Friday, October 15th. If your items arrive after the deadline, we cannot guarantee your demo materials will arrive to the show floor on time. Items will be returned to the Carahsoft office within 2 weeks after the show.
