Pricing: Shipping to and from the Hilton Anatole Dallas through Carahsoft is a flat rate of $50 per box for up to 5 boxes. If you are shipping 6-10 boxes, we will charge a flat rate of $250. Boxes heavier than 75 pounds will be subject to additional fees.
Deadline: If you are shipping through Carahsoft, the deadline to have your items arrive at our office is Thursday, July 18, 2024. If your items arrive after the deadline, we cannot guarantee your demo materials will arrive to the show floor on time.
Shipment Return: Items will be returned to the Carahsoft office within the two weeks following the show.
