Each demo opportunity will receive 1 complimentary Supporter, Full Access badge. Additional badges are available upon request. Supporter, Full Access badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall floor during all exhibit hall hours, during set-up and dismantle during the show and access to all sessions.

While your badge will allow you access to the exhibit hall during exhibit hours, please note your time at your demo kiosk within the Carahsoft booth is limited to your allotted time slot.

Additional Supporter, Full Access badges are available for $275 each.

Cancellation Policy

There are separate and unique cancellation policies for conference registration and hotel registration. Attendees are responsible for becoming familiar with all cancellation policies. Below is the cancellation policy for conference registration.

Conference registration cancellations after COB Friday, June 28, 2024 are NOT refundable. Cancellations prior to Friday, June 28, 2024 are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
