Beam’s communications module enables case managers to send individualized messages and scheduled notifications while also enabling scaled campaign communications to groups. These communications can be sent via email or SMS. Case managers can choose the notifications they’d like to send at each event of the application journey, from submission to an ultimate decision. They can send ad hoc communications for each individual case, and refer back to a history of communications. They can also draft and send mass communications to entire lists of current or prospective applicants.
