for 13th Consecutive Year

Listed #5 on Washington Business Journal’s 2019 Top 100 Largest Private Companies List

RESTON, Va. — November 26, 2019 — Carahsoft Technology Corp., The Trusted Government IT Solutions Provider^®, today announced that it has been named on the 2019 list of 100 Largest Private Companies in the D.C. Metro area by the Washington Business Journal. The list ranks companies by revenue for the previous fiscal year.

Carahsoft posted $5.35 billion in bookings for 2018, an increase of $1.24 billion over its 2017 revenue to secure its position as the top-performing privately held IT distributor. This year marks Carahsoft’s fifth consecutive year in the top five companies on the list. Since debuting on the Washington Business Journal Top 100 List in 2007 at #89 with $91.9 million in revenue and approximately 80 employees, Carahsoft has consistently grown and now employs more than 1,200 team members.
