CCH is a state-of-the-art enterprise Computerized Criminal History Record Management System, built from the ground up using SOA principles. CCH supports the sequence of events in the Criminal Justice System defined by the Criminal Justice Information Services Division and provides a near-custom fit with minimal configuration. Federal Incident Reporting System (FIRES)
Voyatek’s Federal Incident Reporting System (FIRES) is a COTS product that enables State Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) reporting agencies to accept and validate state and FBI compliant incident-based reporting data submissions from the Local Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA’s). FIRES’s seamless, non-invasive integration with existing LEA Records Management Systems (RMS) simplifies data submission to the state, including validation of compliance with state business rules and rapid confirmation of success or exceptions.
Voyatek FIRES offers advanced reporting capabilities. Authorized users can view/download their monthly transactions and error reports. State admins can send reminder emails to delinquent agencies with one click!

Use-of-Force Reporting
Voyatek’s Use-of-Force Reporting system is a COTS product that enables state crime reporting organizations to receive and validate state and FBI compliant Use-of-Force data submissions from the local Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA’s). The Use-of-Force Reporting System supports the National Use-of-Force Data Collection business rules, while providing flexibility to accommodate extensions that may be required by the state CJIS organization.
Voyatek’s Use-of-Force Reporting system offers the following features:
- Incoming Submissions to the State Agency (LEAs to the State Agency): UoF enforces all 200+ FBI National Use-of-Force Business Rules as defined by FBI Technical Specification.
- Real-time XML submissions to the FBI: Use of Force product is capable of sending real-time UoF submissions in XML format to the FBI, providing immediate success or failure confirmation.
- Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) Records Management System (RMS) agnostic: Flexibility to receive compliant data in numerous modern and legacy formats, minimizing implementation efforts.
