As of October 10, 2023, customers with Horizon Licenses on the Army ELA can once again use the Customer Connect Portal to open tickets with Federal Support. This is the preferred way to open support tickets and should be used for calling Federal Support.

Renewal Info
All licenses that had SnS on or after 1 April 2013 are included in the Army ELA and cannot be renewed outside of the ELA. All new licenses will automatically be rolled into the ELA and be covered maintenance wise. The renewal costs will continue to be billed at the Command level and will be completed by the CIO G6.
