Accelerate the creation of adaptive thinkers using modern technology.

With the United States falling further behind globally, our STEM problem isn’t new. A closer look reveals many layers. A high percentage of teachers are women (77%), and most are not trained with fundamental STEM skills (18% are trained). In addition, artificial intelligence (AI) is shaping an unknown future for our children . Experts predict a transformation in the labor market with the elimination of entry level positions, shifts in job functions, and creation of new opportunities.   It can be safely assumed the future is uncertain, and the rising generations must be armed with skills that allow adaptation to any scenario.

4Cight is an EdTech company enabling rising generations to adapt to an unknown future shaped by artificial intelligence. 4Cight focuses on the 4Cs: Creativity, Critical thinking, Collaboration, and Communication. Schools that integrate AI to nurture and measure these skills will give an advantage to their students. AI is used to support clinicians in the medical field, so why not apply it to education?

We are using modern tools and AI to transform classrooms into Intelligent Learning Spaces. Our approach starts with available classroom assets along with the introduction of modern kinesthetic tools that re-engage students. To ensure success and continuous improvement, key data points are collected on the learning experience and student engagement with school approval. The information collected will drive real time insights and recommendations to address individual student needs, adjust lessons in the moment and customize curriculum if students are struggling with the key concepts.

Like AI models that support clinicians in the medical field, our model will supercharge the teacher. Effectively, we are creating an AI powered teaching tool that will offer educators the following advantages:

  • Provide students individually tailored learning.
  • Manage larger class sizes without compromising the experience.
  • Better address subjects in which teachers may not hold expertise.
  • Direct limited teacher time and attention towards struggling students in real time. Strong students continue to advance while challenged students are targeted with AI assistance.

Technology isn’t going to slow down. With AI’s influence, 65% of children entering grade school today will move into jobs that do not yet exist . This poses an enormous task for the educational system and teachers. There is no luxury of time to pause and retrain every teacher. They must be enabled, in place, with a model that allows them to teach concepts in which they may not hold expertise, manage larger class sizes without missing out on key insights, and ultimately spend less time on administrative paperwork and more time connecting with their students and addressing their individual needs.
