Carahsoft to Host Third Annual Citizen Engagement Seminar,

WHAT: Carahsoft Technology Corp., the trusted government IT solutions provider, will host its Third Annual Citizen Engagement Seminar on Thursday, June 6th at the Grand Hyatt in Washington, DC. This year's event builds on the open government conversation, addressing which agencies currently have a strong engagement strategy, and what other agencies can do to connect with citizens in meaningful and innovative ways. 

WHO: Tim Fullerton, Director of Digital Strategy for the Department of Interior, will discuss the power of strategic new media development as the event opener. Nicole Callahan, New Media Analyst - Federal Student Aid at U.S. Department of Education, will highlight the #AskFAFSA program and other ways the Department of Education is interacting with citizens online during the lunchtime keynote.
