As remote agency workforces expand, the traditional perimeter continues to dissolve, and Zero Trust needs to come into focus. At its core, Zero Trust aspires to eliminate trust and enforce continuous authentication and least privilege wherever possible. This approach reduces the threat surface and minimizes the threat window attackers have to inflict damage. Ultimately, helping to protect agencies against everything from simple malware to Advanced Persistent Threats (APT).

Achieving a 100% zero-trust state is a long road ahead. However, any implementation of Zero Trust controls should substantively help minimize your attack surface and cyber risk.
