Strategies for Building Better Website Engagement

Event Date: January 22, 2025
Hosted By: Adobe & Carahsoft

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic shifting more operations online, people have increasingly turned to utilizing digital methods to access government services, and this trend has continued post-pandemic. The General Services Administration reported 5.6 billion visits to Federal Government websites within a 90-day period in 2022.

While the use of digital government services has increased, user experiences still need improvement. A 2024 study showed that 74% of users felt frustrated with their online experience, and only about half believed government websites were more trustworthy than other public information sources.

Watch this on-demand webinar on how Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites can help your agency provide equitable, accessible, user-friendly, and customer-focused online experiences.

Specifically, viewers will discover how to:

  • Design intuitive, user-friendly websites that reduce frustration and improve engagement
  • Seamlessly deliver consistent and personalized experiences across web, mobile, social media, and other platforms
  • Easily create, edit, and manage web content using AEM's drag-and-drop authoring tools or familiar document-based tools like Google Docs and Microsoft Word
