Delivering on the Promise of Digital Services

The USDS created 13 Agile software delivery plays to help agencies build effective digital services for citizens. GitLab has reconsidered these plays through the lens of DevSecOps to help agencies deliver via a faster, more secure approach. While the plays provide a repeatable and tested approach to digital services, many agencies struggle to implement this guidance to deliver the user experience and citizen experience constituents want.
