I founded the idea of ConcernCenter in 2013 after experiencing a 141% increase in care referrals as an Associate Director of Student Support Services. I was the only staff member in the department and needed a creative and effective way to get students connected with the help they needed, without meeting 1:1 with every student. Over the next few years, ConcernCenter would go from idea to implementation and soon thereafter, organizations were reaching out to me with purchase requests. Since then, ConcernCenter has grown into an organization that has state-wide platforms, many amazing clients, and new ideas always in the works.
