Strategic Business Executive for Health and Human Services, Google Cloud
Denise began her government career over 25 years ago as an entry-level worker in a county health and human services (HHS) agency. She rose through the ranks to serve as a Senior Administrator and advising consultant to state and federal agencies across the United States. She has more than 20 years of hands-on experience with a number of programs including child welfare, TANF, SNAP, Medicaid/CHIP, adult protective services, and subsidized child care. Currently, she is a Strategic Business Executive for Health and Human Services for Google Cloud. As a recognized social services subject matter expert, she serves as the strategic advisor on current trends and issues in social services and the role technology can play in improving citizen outcomes. Denise has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and a Change Management Advanced Practitioner’s Certification from Georgetown University Graduate School of Business.
