Pricing: Shipping to and from the San Diego Convention Center through Carahsoft is $250 for up to four packages.
Additional packages will incur a $50 fee per package.
If you are shipping through Carahsoft, the deadline to have your items arrive at our office Tuesday, February 1st. If your items arrive after the deadline, we cannot guarantee your demo materials will arrive to the show floor on time. Items will be returned to the Carahsoft office within 2 weeks after the show.

If you require a rushed shipment to a show following WEST 2022, please plan your individual shipments accordingly and alert your onsite reps.
