Badge Registration

WEST Demo 2022

Each demo comes with one exhibitor badge.

Demo exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall floor during all exhibit hall hours, but please note your time within the Carahsoft booth is limited to your allotted time slot.

Additional exhibitor badges are available for $225 (member price).

At this time, AFCEA will require proof of the full COVID-19 vaccination (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca-SK Bio) or a single-dose vaccine from Johnson & Johnson/Janssen at least two weeks prior to the event.  If you are not able to get vaccinated, you are required to present a negative COVID-19 test.  Testing must be conducted within 24 hours before the event start time for an antigen test and within 2 days for a PCR test.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by Friday, January 14, 2022 will receive a full refund minus a $50 canellation fee. No refunds will be issued after January 14, 2022. Substitutes are welcome. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
