Each demo comes with one exhibitor badge.
Demo exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall floor during all exhibit hall hours, but please note your time within the Carahsoft booth is limited to your allotted time slot.
Additional exhibitor badges are available for $225 (member price)
Additional full conference badges are available for $695 (member price)
At this time, AFCEA will require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. Badges will not be distributed without proof of vaccination. In addition, the Baltimore Convention Center requires all visitors to wear a mask indoors regardless of vaccination status. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by Friday, March 25, 2022 will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after March 25, 2022. Substitutes are welcome. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
