Pricing: Shipping to and from the Gaylord National Convention Center through Carahsoft is $250 for up to four packages.
Additional packages will incur a $50 fee per package.
Deadlines: The deadline to have your items arrive at the Carahsoft office is Monday, July 26th.
If your items arrive after Monday, July 26th, we cannot guarantee your booth materials will arrive to the show floor on time.
Shipment Return: Items will be returned to the Carahsoft office within 2 weeks after the show.
