Carahsoft is pleased to offer non-exhibiting sponsorship opportunities to our partners for HIMSS21. Please inform your Carahsoft marketing POC of your interest in participating, and complete this contract.

Sponsorships are available on a first come, first serve basis. We look forward to your participation! If you would like additional sponsorships through the show, please visit the HIMSS21 website.

  • One piece of collateral placed within Carahsoft's HIMSS21 partner resource hub
    • Leads will be generated through gated resources within the Carahsoft resource hub
    • Quantity of leads cannot be guaranteed
  • Logo hyperlinked to microsite
  • 300-character count teaser for resource
  • Company logo featured in Carahsoft email promotions
    • Subject to deadlines of when emails are schedule to go out

POPCORN STATION (1 Available) - $8,000

  • Onsite branding with a 24"x36" sign
  • Lead list containing attendees who visited the popcorn station
    • One lead scanner with be dedicated to the popcorn station
  • Company logo featured in Carahsoft email promotions
    • Subject to deadlines of when emails are scheduled to go out
  • Everything included in the Partner Resource Hub sponsorship
  • Sanitation Note: A food attendant will be distributing the popcorn while wearing a mask and gloves
