If you decide to install/dismantle on your own, please see the dates/times below and plan accordingly:

Exhibitor Move in:

Sunday, October 3: 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM
Monday, October 4: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Carahsoft will be setting up on this day, please plan accordingly)
Tuesday, October 5: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Exhibitor Move Out:

Friday, October 8: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Saturday, October 9: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM

10x10 booth

• Setup AND dismantle: $500
• Setup OR dismantle: $250

10x20 booth

• Setup AND dismantle: $750
• Setup OR dismantle: $375

10x30 booth
