Carahsoft is pleased to offer support with shipping to and from the convention center for a flat fee of $250 for up to 4 packages.
Shipping one way will cut the price by half (either to OR from the convention center).
Each additional package will incur a $50 fee per package.
If you are shipping through Carahsoft, the deadline to have your items arrive at our office is Wednesday, September 22nd. If your items arrive after the deadline, we cannot guarantee your booth materials will arrive to the show floor on time. Items will be returned to the Carahsoft office within 2 weeks after the show.

*Due to shipment and union regulations of our labor team, we will only be able to ship items between the Carahsoft office and the convention center. If you require a rushed shipment to a show following GEOINT 2021, please plan your individual shipments accordingly and alert your showsite reps.
