Shipping Through Carahsoft
Pricing: Shipping to and from the Convention Center through Carahsoft is a flat rate of $50 per box each way for up to 5 boxes. If you are shipping 6-10 boxes, we will charge a flat rate of $250 each way. Boxes heavier than 75 pounds will be subject to additional fees.
Deadline: If you are shipping through Carahsoft, the deadline to have your items arrive at our office is October 18, 2024. If your items arrive after the deadline, we cannot guarantee your demo materials will arrive to the show floor on time.
Shipment Return: Items will be returned to the Carahsoft office within the two weeks following the show.

*Due to shipment and union regulations of our labor team, we will only be able to ship items between the Carahsoft office and the Omaha Convention Center.
