Exhibitor Passes

Each demo comes with one complimentary exhibitor badge. 

While demo exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall during exhibit hours, please note your time at your demo kiosk within the Carahsoft booth is limited to your allotted time slot.

Additional exhibitor badges are available upon request.

Full Conference Passes
Full conference badges are available for $699 each (through Monday, September 16, 2024) and $749 each (effective starting Tuesday, September 17, 2024).
Full conference badges will give you access to all in-person keynotes, panels and lunch-and-learns.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than Monday, September 30, 2024, after which you will be held 100% liable for the amount due. All sales after Monday, September 30, 2024, are final. No refunds, no exceptions.

Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. All substitutions must be received no later than Wednesday, October 23, 2024. Any substitutions made after this date will be processed on-site.
