  • Ground Control Points

    If your project requires Ground Control, look no further. CompassData provides complete global coverage, with more than 40,000 photo identifiable Ground Control Points available right now, and more GCPs being collected all the time.

  • Orthoimagery

    Orthoimagery or orthorectified imagery is aerial or satellite imagery which has been geometrically corrected. Geometric correction, or orthorectification, is necessary to adjust for topographic relief, camera tilt and lens distortion. An orthorectified image is a very accurate representation of the Earth’s surface and allows for the measurement of true distance, exact placement of geographic symbols and precise digitization.

  • Digital Elevation Models

    Terrain modeling is a critical foundation to many geospatial applications such as orthoimagery generation and site modeling. CompassData generates high quality terrain models in a variety of formats and from a variety of sources. Our DEMs may be used for orthorectification of satellite imagery, volumetric calculations and relief map generation.
