The Adobe Joint Enterprise License Agreement (JELA) is a multi-year contract that simplifies the buying process and use of Adobe solutions for DoD agencies to improve interoperability, expand collaboration, enhance document services and extend their publishing capabilities.

Adobe JELA is available to the Department of Defense (DoD) agencies within the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, DISA, DHA, DPAA, DLA, DTRA, DSS, DCMA, DFAS, DMA, OSD/JSP/JS, WHCA, SDC, DTIC, DCAA and DMEA
The Adobe JELA contract offers a variety of enterprise and desktop products and services, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe eLearning Solutions and Adobe Managed Services. Learn more about our solutions.
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and Adobe AEM Forms On-Prem Term will not require a decentralized purchase or request for quote (RFQ).
All other products outside of the Adobe Enterprise-Bundle will require a formal RFQ. Payment for Net New and Renewal Purchases can be made with either a GPC or Purchase Order
Customers wishing to place additional orders against the Adobe JELA throughout the year will not be limited to the quantities they wish to purchase.
Scoping of your requirement may be necessary to ensure appropriate configuration is being generated against your request.

Adobe JELA 4 has renewed and improved. Discover what current and new license holders need to know and how to maintain uninterrupted access to critical software.
To maintain access to Adobe apps deployed as FRL Offline, current and renewal license holders must transition their existing license files to the new ones released starting on the JELA 4 contract renewal date, October 1, 2024. The license file update should be done within 99 days to ensure apps are activated for the current period of performance. Please refer to the license file update process documentation for detailed instructions.
Additionally, updating the version of installed apps is recommended to ensure enhanced security, bug fixes and access to the latest features.
Named User Licensing apps automatically update to align with the new contract period of performance, but DoD approved admins must ensure that end users are assigned the proper current app entitlements in the Adobe Admin Console.
