Listen to a panel of experts on how to effectively and responsibly unlock the data to drive personalization at scale and build trust with those you serve.

12:40pm - 1:40pm: Innovating to Deliver the New Yorker Experience

Hear from public sector leaders who are adopting innovations to transform the constituent experience. In this session, you will meet government trailblazers, hear their stories, explore how they led change within their organizations, the impact it has had on the constituents and customers they serve, and learn about what further innovations are on the horizon.

1:40pm - 2:25pm: Embracing Incremental Modernization with a Commitment to Innovate 

Effectively meeting constituent and customer experience expectations in the public sector is impacted by a number of operational challenges. During this panel session, you will hear from government leaders on how they have navigated the challenges, overcome obstacles, and overall adopted the theme of incremental change to continue to drive better constituent experiences.
