It's more than just upgrading those systems, moving off of legacy systems, repeating the same look and feel of the legacy system in a new more modern software package. This is a perfect opportunity for the customers to rethink those business processes. How do you take a business process that is maybe 10 steps today and get that down to two steps? Then once they are able to do that, then they should also think about, is this a modernization effort, is this an innovation platform that I can continue to modernize with down the road?
