Resource hierarchy

Create a Resource hierarchy that reflects your business. This can be physical locations, but also people, assets or even projects! GoMeddo allows you to schedule any object in your Salesforce environment (org)

Reservation form

Click and drag anywhere on the calendar to create a reservation. This will bring up the reservation form. From here, select a reservation type in the top. The reservation type will decide what fields have to be filled (based on how you configure this).

Calendar filtering

  • Use Dimension Filters to create or use predefined filters on the fly and quickly find what you’re looking for.
  • Use Reservation Filters to only show specific reservations.
  • Use Dynamic Filters to check real-time availability, so you can quickly find what’s available for booking.

Conflicts

Define your own rules for avoiding conflicts when making a reservation. Either get a warning when a conflicts arises (soft conflict) or prevent a conflict from happening (hard conflict).

Allow external users (citizens/students) to see their reservations as well book resources/assets/activities via a Salesforce native solution: Experience Cloud
